Self-hosting
Run Bosque on infrastructure you control.
The source is available under the Elastic License 2.0. Run it for your own team on your own accounts, change it to fit how you work, and pay no license fee to us. You operate the deployment and pay your providers.
How it works
Three steps to your own Bosque
Step 1
Get the code
Email us to request source access, then use the setup guide. Access, assistance, and timing are not guaranteed.
Step 2
Connect your accounts
Create your own Convex project, Clerk application, and OpenAI key, then set Bosque to self-hosted mode. Billing and trials switch off.
Step 3
Deploy it
Deploy the backend to Convex and run the web app from the included Docker image or any Node.js host.
Your responsibility
You operate it. You own the operational risk.
Self-hosted Bosque is licensed as-is. You are responsible for deciding whether it fits your needs and for deployment, configuration, security, access, monitoring, compliance, provider costs, updates, backups, restores, and your modifications. The hosted Terms, DPA, backups, and support commitments do not apply. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, we do not promise support, maintenance, updates, security fixes, compatibility, availability, recovery, or response times.
Test the features and recovery procedures you depend on before production use. Read the Elastic License 2.0 and licensing guide, including the No Liability terms.
